Terms of Service

By accessing or using BPO Hive's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

BPO Hive provides business process outsourcing services including but not limited to sales development, appointment setting, customer support, and virtual assistance. The specific services provided will be outlined in individual service agreements.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay for services as agreed in your service agreement

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to client data, business processes, and trade secrets.

BPO Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any related matter.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
